Pros

Before I started at Calix I had done my research on the organization and what I had read and now have experienced is all true. The culture, the vision, and how they treat their employees is second to none. The onboarding process was extremely amazing and well put together. There is a lot of great people that are willing to help out whenever they can with any questions. You are never left in the dark with anything. This company has shown me that they are about bringing people into their fold that represent their business focus and drive and will do anything for their people to make sure they are comfortable and have the skill set required to execute on their role effectively. This has been the best career decision I have made in the past 25 years.

Cons

I have not run into any cons for the time I have been here. I am very happy with my team and management.
