HR practices are deeply flawed. Just to manage mere 350 employees, they allocate 20 HR personnel. This creates an environment where employees are pressured to work day and night, 24/7. Those who can't meet these demands face termination, as experienced by several of my colleagues. I fear that if I refuse to work around the clock, I will meet the same fate.
In the US, the workplace culture is commendable, but in India, it fails to replicate that standard, showing significant deficiencies. Many managers in India act as mere puppets, unquestioningly following higher-ups. Local managers hold little sway and mainly focus on self-preservation.
