As you know, we've been working to make our benefits even better as we've adopted enhanced programs to respond to the needs of our people. It's great to hear that you like your office culture and its teams--this is where our people live and we understand the importance of making each office a place that inspires and excites. Flexibility is one of our proud areas as we strive to provide everyone with a framework that responds to personal work-life integration. With regard to our corporate offices, active interaction and participation with the rest of the company are essential, and we are seeing major strides in this area. Don't feel that you need to live on one side or the other--reach out and operate outside your box every day. And yes, we've had lots of changes at the top in the last few years, but now under Kelly's leadership, CRTKL has again found its voice and excitement; we are quickly sowing a path forward that is creating inspiring momentum and results.
