Thank you for sharing. It would be helpful to hear your story and what happened as to why you have this perspective regarding top managers as this is a serious statement. If we are not made aware of a potential issue, we can't improve or make needed changes. To date, I have not been made aware of such allegations regarding race or sex. We have 49% women in our firm, and we have DEI groups and initiatives to bring forward awareness, value, inclusion, and belonging. The more dialogue we have together the better we become.
