There's a company-wide culture of deception and dishonesty. They lie to both clients and employees with an ease that can be unsettling. There is very little work-life balance and management can be quite manipulative when you bring it up. You will be expected to work 10-12 hour days, with weekend work, and then refused any sort of pay raise for putting in the time. I am guessing that this is because they think if they are already working you to death, why pay you for it? There is zero accountability between process lines, so unless you work at the front end of the process, you can expect to be constantly fixing other people's mistakes while they leave early and question "why it's a big deal???".
