Pros

Can't think of any apart from the good Campus infra

Cons

1. No Growth - you will be stuck in the same position for ages 2. No hikes at senior levels : This organization is not for 8 yrs and above experienced folks. There is absolutely no hike. They will just tinker with your bonus percentage, fixed components but try and ensure no hikes. 3. Incompetent leadership : You can request all you want to your boss, but they will not pay any heed. Most of the leadership are from Kanbay (Pune) and they will be managing you from there. The culture in Pune is very different from hyderabad They believe in loyality and good terms , so ensure you have those skills in addition to technical skills. 4. 3 Months notice period 5. PF is managed by trust. 6. Dearth of quality projects in Hyderabad. 7. Leaders are only bothered about their promotions. Due to lack of hikes, only option to get a considerbale hike (3-6%) is to get a promotion.

Thank you for taking out time to review us! We are surprised to learn about your concerns as at Capgemini, we strongly encourage a management style that is conducive to the growth of our employees. For an organization of our size and spread, sometimes, despite best efforts, there could be inadvertent misses. However we are committed to ensuring a professional work culture, we have programs around it and monitor them regularly to take corrective action when necessary. Our seven values lie at the heart of our approach as an ethical and responsible business. Our success is powered as much by shared values as by employee skills. We also have a compensation structure designed to reward performance and potential. Nonetheless, we have shared your feedback with our team. Cons

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
