Pros

- The culture & values are second to none! Cannot praise the culture and people enough for making Capgemini the best place I've ever worked - The people (obviously!), again, everyone I have spoke with across the global company has been so kind and willing to help one another - Work / life balance & flexibility: being a new parent, having the flexibility with my work schedule makes life so much easier and having management that understand and support you is priceless - Loads of learning opportunities and access to resources to support your development & career goals from entry level (degree apprentices & graduates) to more senior roles. - Always lots of things to get involved with, LOVE for innovation and looking for new ideas - Standard annual leave entitlement at 25 days (with options to buy / sell) - Generous pension package

Cons

Salary can be at the base level compared to some other employers. But the overall total reward package is generous and the culture & people more than make up for this.

Thankyou so much for your review. Your feedback on life at Capgemini resonates so much with me and so much of what I hear from our colleagues - thankyou. You are right to highlight concerns over salary,, its a really tricky issue especially in this market place. As an employee can I ask you to use our Pulse feedback tool to share your thoughts on it? Long term we do need feedback to ensure that we improve all aspects of the employee experience.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
