Toxic and dead culture all around. Okay if you can leave your humanity at the door. If you are destitute with no options, consider this place, otherwise do not work here. Trust the reviews that mention zero freedom and zero EQ. It is like walking into a room full of robots who have disconnected from themselves in order to survive the culture and policies. Micromanaged to the extreme. Little to no flexibility in your day to day. Free thinking and creativity are not welcomed. Leadership expects obedience and thinking like others. Doing anything outside the norm of everyone else (even when still allowed in policy) is seen as making trouble. Very conservative company. Fear based culture as a means to separate and keep everyone in line. Avoid at all costs. Read and trust the other low reviews, even if they are older, those reviews are still true. Company does not change.
