The dumbest slide deck culture I've ever seen in my life. You're encouraged to make a slide deck of the most inane, useless stuff with no real actualized data, the decks are made in a consistent format too so leadership can read them because they're too "busy" to learn a new format and they use Amazon long-page documents to convey information making the majority of your job making slide decks and documents and not actually doing product development work. There's even a slide deck for where to find the bathrooms in your building rather than someone actually telling you where the bathroom is. It's insane and so unhelpful.
