-Great work life balance -Mclean and Richmond offices has good facilities - gym, showers, sauna, bike racks, access to personal trainers 2x/month -Depending on which team you are on, work can be interesting -People are passionate about their work -Lateral moves within the company are easy to do after being in a role for 1 year
Cons
- Very frequent reorgs (every 2-3 years), as a result people get displaced, but company takes good care of them - Promotion cycle is slow - even with stellar performance, the "who you know" matters for promotions - not a merit based culture - Low employee morale due to recent cuts - Options for international mobility are limited as the company is located in the US/UK. - Raises are poor (1-3%), but bonus are good (remember there is a higher tax on bonuses)
