      Upward movement and ability to transfer locations and cities

      Cons

      Work/life balance not so great at site management level. Also started making us use PTO for sick time

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
