Pros
Potential to work with key accounts in your geography. Majority of products are well known in the marketplace. Ability to make a difference daily and set yourself apart as a superior rep but a lot of work is required. The people at Cardinal are solid and the benefits are good.
Cons
Pay could be more competitive. Backorders and lack of focus on distribution excellence have eroded customer trust in recent years. There’s a heavy administrative burden that comes with this role and it makes selling very difficult.
