Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Let’s see where do I start. Training awful!! Trainers were caught talking bad about students. Trainers sucking their teeth and sighing if u get the wrong answer. Now the pay! For 17.50 an hour they expect you to do billing and coding, claims, COB and EOB! It’s like they laid everyone off combined a bunch of departments into one umbrella and called it customer service and paid the bare minimum. The turn over rate is through the roof. By the time I finished training 4 people out of my class had already quit and the other half were looking for other places of employment! Management sucks and are confused and not helpful.. Enter at your own risk.. I guarantee u won’t be there long!!!

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
