Pros

It's a safe place to work depending on your area. There are some really good people to work with once you weed through the social climbers.

Cons

Terrible pay if you don't come from the outside or brown nose. No career advancement if you're not willing to be a yes-man who acts like everything is rainbows and sunshine. The employee survey results are always tampered with and watered down. Employee concerns are ignored. The entire place has turned into a social club with no soul or morals. Leadership overall lacks a valuable accountability system. Diversity doesn't actually matter. There are so many new people with zero foundational knowledge, which overloads the significantly small number of knowledgeable employees. HR is too busy bullying people instead of doing what needs to be done. Marketing is full of white racists, and the head of the area wastes so much of the company's money on everything but what employees want. Employees are forced to volunteer so the company gets a tax break. Current leadership only cares about their image, not the employees. They spend money on awards and commercials instead of paying their employees a living wage.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
