Pros

Industry itself is collapsing and cars is so behind its competitors to the point where every idea or planing effort starts with ' well how does cars gurus do it' , meaning it will all be over soon.

Cons

Ceo and cto have zero cars industry experience and the former is just a hatchet man brought in by the complacent check cashing board to cut expenses by half in the next 6 months to again, show progress, when its all been window dressing all along. Rest of c suite is a joke and the company has not released a single product in years. Anyone with a pulse and a brain is long gone and those remaining are either desperate, excellent fake team players, word salad spouting imposters or professional behind kissers.

Pros

Highly collaborative culture and lots of humility, people take ownership of their work and care to see it through to the end, and everyone is approachable and easy to work with.

Cons

New leadership means lots of unknowns at the moment.

Pros

It used to be great. Hard to think of any pros now. But before, it was amazing under AV.

Cons

They lost any ounce of soul and human decency. You are just a number now. Literally my manager knew my employee number. They almost make you feel like you are worthless, always failing, and don't think about going somewhere else, because you kind of suck. Knit picking everything. Even though I was a top performer for several years in a row. Corp change, with new President who brought her friends in... no auto experience. It went from bad to worse. More pressure, more layoffs... they have to pay her friends somehow. The weird thing here is, they let sales go, but kept bad middle management. I quit and got a new job elsewhere. It's ok to leave. You are valued elsewhere. I promise! Good news is, how bad they are there, makes you want to work hard for your new place because everywhere and anywhere else is so much better!
