Pros

Some fantastic colleagues who make the work bearable.

Cons

Clients sometimes can be rather difficult on the phone in this call centre. Rules apply to select ambassadors. Team leaders and senior ambassadors appointed without interviews. PiPs are now common place so there is a fear of giving feedback to the head of the crc.
