Pros
As a Cartier employee, I understand the importance of networking in the corporate world. It's essential to build relationships and connections with individuals and businesses that can benefit our company. That's why we prioritize attending industry events and conferences to meet new people and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. In addition to networking, Cartier also values constant training and development for its employees. We believe that investing in our team's skills and knowledge is crucial for our continued success. That's why we offer regular training sessions and encourage our employees to pursue professional development opportunities. Overall, Cartier's commitment to networking and training demonstrates our dedication to excellence and staying ahead of the curve in the luxury goods industry.
Cons
I've noticed that there seems to be a lack of leadership within the organization. It's causing a lot of confusion and frustration among the team. Without clear direction and guidance, it's difficult for us to know what our goals are and how we can contribute to the company's success. I think it would be beneficial for us to have someone step up and take charge so that we can all work towards a common vision.

Pros
Brand desirability is definitely very high. Teams acknowledge work ethic.
Cons
Not enough flexibility with work/life balance. Too many days in office and not everyone follows the structure.

Cons
Very competitive between different departments

Pros
Pay is great but you have work/life balance. You make lots of money but you work 24/7 (which I didn’t mind)
Cons
Management and HR is horrible! Favoritism, toxic work environment and lack of communication is actually encouraged. It breaks my heart that the company has changed so much over the past decade….. it’s not the company it used to be.
