This comment is only about the Amsterdam CRC, I haven’t had any experience with the rest of the company. It's a kingdom of snitches and suckups. Nobody helps anyone, and at the first opportunity you might get a nice stab in the back. Gossip rules the place, and the worst offender is the head of the department. She's always complaining that things don't work, but never does anything to fix them. Instead, she spends her time looking for someone to blame, together with her little group of loyal followers whose main job seems to be kissing up to her. If you're not careful, you might slip on all the drool they leave behind. Dear, if you're looking for someone to blame, buy yourself a mirror. The environment is toxic. Everyone complains all the time , complaining gossiping and point fingers seem to be the only activities people engage in. Everyone is stressed, and the targets are completely unrealistic. There is no meritocracy here. The people who move up are the ones who are best at sucking up to management.
