- many passionate and self-motivated people - truly a luxury product; easy to have pride in what we sell (cratsmanship, legitimacy, history) - an International company, with a family feel at times - good work get's noticed
Cons
- upward mobility difficult - salaries are not competitve with other lucury retailers - too much constraints from International HQ - complex politics a la francaise
