Pros

Flexible scheduling, lots of freedom, great coworkers, pays better than working retail

Cons

commissions are inconsistent, they charge you off for deacts based on their marked up "dealer cost" and not actual cost, dealer cost =/= csoki's cost! Upper management is way out of touch with customer base

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
