      Company has gone through multiple waves of change (lay offs and re-orgs). Some decisions aren't clear as to why those changes were necessary. More often than not. It is uneasy to work in an environment like that

      Supportive coworkers, decent work-life balance, fully remote,

      Cons

      Very disorganized and unstable. There are constant changes to the business including rounds of layoffs every few months. Everyone works in constant fear of losing their jobs which is incredibly damaging to morale and productivity. Not a lot of opportunities for growth and promotion. Incredibly low pay. Budgets constantly slashed and projects canceled left and right. Poor communication from executive management and directors.
