Thank you for sharing your perspective. I appreciate the recognition of Cengage’s peer culture, collaboration, mission, and brand. Those strengths matter and are important to preserve.
I also hear the concerns about uncertainty, workload, trust, and organizational change. As we look ahead, our focus is on creating greater clarity around enterprise priorities, strengthening leadership expectations, and aligning our operating model and talent strategy to support healthy growth, stronger customer outcomes, and our mission to advance education.
We may not be able to eliminate all uncertainty, but we can be clearer about direction, more disciplined in how we lead, and more intentional in how we support the people doing the work.
