Leadership expect so much follow through from their subordinates with no bonus payments, broken antiquated systems, dysfunctional processes and policies that are not provider or patient forward. They are extremely successful financially and make more than enough money to fix their issues. Read your surveys! Fix the problems and earn that bonus that you took away from lower level employees!
