      Good job security. Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Merit increases are good as long as you put in work.

      Cons

      Wire pace can be overwhelming especially when there is too much information to analyze. Support to accommodate meeting metrics is much needed.

      Pros

      Chase pays you?(not well). They'll move you for 'growth'.

      Cons

      Don't take the bait, it's not worth your time if you have a college degree. If you have a disability, they will not be willing to accommodate it. Learn how to be fake in personality, then you will be able to succeed here, otherwise look for a growing sector.
