Pros
Compensation is great compared to other financial institutions. Chase has a very broad opportunity for advancment at a quick rate. Of all the managers that I have worked for, most are very understanding and balances personal life and work life very well throughout the employees
Cons
JPMorgan Chase has slightly longer hours than every other bank. Because there are so many great employees working for chase, when an opportunity for advancement does come up the fight for the position is very competitive.
