You have 3 groups of people second guessing every move you make (your manager, the audit team, the service observe team). Your direct manager was pretty cool but the audit team doesnt know the basics and the normal workflow so they would say you messed up even when you didnt-- your manager could not reverse this many times. Upper management hired consultants who new even less but would make such drastic changes that utimately hurt your ability to make any money
