Pros
Great medical choices. Expensive but insurance always is. Clean environment to work in and the training is pretty good. They pay for your licensing which is cool.
Cons
Managment takes the ability to think for yourself away. Every saying is scripted and you get ripped apart if you walk off the path. Too many role playing exercises. The video's on youtube "Chase 123 Drill" is pretty dead on. Just not as fun in real life. If you get a manager and a DM that bleeds Chase Blue....quit.
