VERY Stressful. Always needing to sell. Customer service should be just that not trying to upsell crap to people all the time. Oh don't discount people when they are sick so they don't get their commision. That is a joke. Its just the company's way of not having to pay more money. People get sick if someone in management was sick would they get in trouble? I think not.
