it is a fast paced start up with good employee relations and a lot of scope for learning beyond domain and improving self. A few members of the management team are very friendly and responsive to issues. Good place to start off a career fresh out of college
Cons
requires better(auto generated) metrics to evaluate employee contribution than depending on team leads and managers completely salary for a beginner is too low compared to industry standards
