Cons
For a company implementing anti-corruption projects around the world, Chemonics is the most corrupt company I've seen. Overwriting company policies to benefit friends they wish to place in positions. This is a poor example to the rest of the company staff. This sort of thing paralyzes staff morale, because upper management obviously lacks the ability to make sound, honest, appropriate conduct, and apply best judgment.
