      Pros

      Chipotle is a great place to work if you really like getting your hands dirty and you enjoy the rush of a busy lunch. Hard work but satisfying.

      Cons

      The work can be very hard for the level of pay. I've worked at several different locations and there is a lot of variability in the quality of the management and the crew.

      Pros

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
