      possible quarterly bonus depending on how hard you're willing to work

      Cons

      if you have a family and value time with them - you will lose that no real salary unless you hit ot and they cap it there is only a true appreciation for the employees when they are at their best

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
