Too corporate - Crew Member Chipotle Employee Review

The tuition reimbursement/assistance program seems to be intentionally difficult to understand, they do NOT want to be awarding this money. you need to work at chipotle for 1/4 of a year before your semester starts if you want to claim this. Made me and a lot of seniors who I work with ineligible, even though we put in the hours. All management since the old GM left has no idea how the store actually runs and the crews wants/needs. Feels very disconnected.
