      With consistently needing to work 50 hours, there is pay stability.

      Cons

      I do not feel that I have work/life balance. Although the OT is essentially infinite, I do not see a need for it and I wish it was only a 40 hour requirement.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
