Pros

Free meals, above - average starting wages, personal development plans, can't think of anything else

Cons

Stressful environment. Expect to feel pressured every minute. They do not follow up on your development plan as they advertise. They make you feel like you have a chance of ten-fold development to keep you happy. Not open to advice from the lower level staff. They don't make sure every manager has staff management/development skills. As many American fast food chains, they will have a strong core of values and humane policies that are just for show.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
