      -Positive environment thanks to the crew -Ability to meet many new people

      Cons

      -We are working too many hours and not recognized for our efforts -Salary is average at best. We are overworked and underpaid in my opinion -Area Manager?? may as well be a ghost. Upper Management may as well not exist. -We are there everyday. It can be months before a area manager will come by unless your her favorite store? -The is no recognition for the hard work we put in daily

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
