Pros
You actually have something to do while you're at work, for the whole time you're there. You never have down time, which is good.
Cons
Employees that have been there for a while let you know they've been there for a while. They make you believe they have superiority and let you know when you do something wrong...multiple times. And they do it in the worst way possible. I guess you could say the FOH employees are unprofessional.
