Pros

Decent pay as a GM (50k in florida, plus up to 10k a year in bonus if store is running well financially). Lots of room to move up as people are always being fired or quitting at high positions, easy to build a nice resume.

Cons

High turnover, extreme expectations with no real assistance. Employee and lower managers make almost nothing, its hard to hold people accountable to a higher standard when they are overworked and under paid, most good people leave for better paying, easier jobs. Some regional management is decent, most Ive met expect the impossible and preach it as "easy". You will work more than 5 days a week and 50 hours to cover shifts, and will routinely run short.

Pros

Discounts on food and staff are friendly

Cons

Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
