Low pay and high turnover, too many call outs to consistently meet expectations - General Manager Chipotle Employee Review

High turnover, extreme expectations with no real assistance. Employee and lower managers make almost nothing, its hard to hold people accountable to a higher standard when they are overworked and under paid, most good people leave for better paying, easier jobs. Some regional management is decent, most Ive met expect the impossible and preach it as "easy". You will work more than 5 days a week and 50 hours to cover shifts, and will routinely run short.
