      Pros

      This company at least cares about the people they serve, the farmers they patronize and the environment. I have seen comments on here about the work being hard but ummm, it's FOOD SERVICE, it's gonna be hard!!! At least they give u benefits and a chance to move up if u want it bad enough. The people u meet daily are another great incentive to work here.

      Cons

      Now it is a bit of a boys club. I can't say for sure but it seems like men move up the company way faster.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
