Pros

The perks of getting free food during your shift was amazing. This job is best suitable for a college student who does not want to cook, but loves Chipotle! I quit, but still eat there now and then.

Cons

This can be a pro or a con but they promote workers to managers only within the company. I felt that some managers were not suitable for their position. Lucky to have a good GM, but everyone else, not so good. I'm a pretty athletic, focused individual, so they had me run the tortilla press. I made it pretty funny to force everyone else to basically go blazing fast, but I had to show who's boss lol! In the end, everything is quite repetitive, but that's what you have to take in this fast and fresh food industry.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
