Pros
If you're looking for a fast pace environment this is it. The discount is great. 50% off for employees. The customers are very friendly and serving food is easy. Everything is as close to organic as possible and they're very big about helping the environment. (smaller ecological footprint). The hours flexibility is great especially if you're in school.
Cons
They're training is very unorganized. I've been working there for about 4 months and haven't learned how to roll a burrito. If you can't roll a burrito you're somehow expendable. No one tries to teach you how to do things and be efficient at your job.
