Pros
Chipotle has a great mission. What they are doing with food with integrity is commendable. The atmosphere at corporate is cool. The company is exploding, so there is a lot of opportunity if you know how to make it available.
Cons
They will push you beyond your limits and ask for more, which can be good or bad. The culture is changing and it is becoming more corporate than it used to be. There are opportunities for advancement in the field, but at the corporate office, you have to make your own path as management rarely moves.
