Pros
You do get free food every day so that's always a plus! It's also cool to learn how everything is running some skills you build are important even to have outside of work. Like multi-tasking different orders, how to make a burrito, cooking rice, etc.. so I enjoyed the learning process.
Cons
Depending on the store you may not have enough help which means one person on the grill, 2 in the front, 1 by the online orders it gets stressful. They told me 17 an hour because of my previous management experience in the interview then paid me 16.50 it's only 50 cents but to lie is unprofessional and it gave off a lack of trust. There are no consistent hours at all which means you never have a set schedule! Nobody works a full 40 hours don't be fooled somehow I had full availability but someone part-time had more hours than me. ALL IN ALL: - No set schedule - Full-time hours range 32-38 - 15 an hour/17 an hour for the managers
