      -tuition fee assistance is helpful -free food and paid break to the staff working 8 hours -paid sick leave to employees

      Cons

      -Always busy and short on staff -there is no flexibility -they give us minimum pay - politics envolved - rude managers do not respect emotions

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
