Not really any, the "discipline" they supposedly implant into you goes away after you quit and just becomes anxiety.
Cons
Overworked, not a realistic expectation for workers, and will pay as little and barebone as possible for the hard work of the laborers while the CEO makes <40 million dollars for coming up with ideas that literally every who works there already think up.
