      Pros

      You get to meet cool people that are life long friends.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t enough for what they expect you to do. Higher ups encourage you to work off the clock and they don’t appreciate the work you do. Never good enough.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
