      Pros

      I negotiated a higher starting pay. They tried to pay 11 an hour I talked them up to 15

      Cons

      Too many hours. The managers are rude to the teenagers about everything. Such as hours available and quickness on the line. I am older and I have kids who will be working fast food as teenagers. This was hard to watch for me.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
