      Pros

      Free shift meal, close location to home

      Cons

      Crew members will get sent home before closing, leaving closing, cash register, cleaning, dishes, DML, and Line guests to be taken care of by three Service Leaders. At a busy location, expect to get home at 1/2am each night. Pay is not worth it compared to all the grunt work. Hourly rates should start at $25/h especially when counting inventory and running a restaurant.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
