Pros
Good vacation. Love their holiday policy. Weekends off (for now.) Good pay for what it is. Good work environment & colleagues are nice.
Cons
The merge has been a disaster. Every aspect of working here has changed for the worst. Hopefully management will get this figured out. The customers are suffering and people are getting mad due to us merging 3 companies together and departments not correlating. There is no guideline to working here. I come to work every day and guess at what I should be doing with these callers. People are extremely rude on the phone and it seems like moving up in the company is impossible. I could go on and on of the list of things that are wrong here. Oh, plus we're monitored on our calls by someone that's never taken these types of calls and doesn't know anything about the job.
