      The HR and IT processes do a good job of guiding the new employee through the onboarding process. Plenty of support for growth into the new role and reasonable expectations are set for employee development.

      Cons

      The geographically diverse and remote nature of the job can lead to a bit of disconnection at the early stage of employment.

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
